FAQs

Q 1:  When I click on FP Reference Docs Library", I receive a dialog box to download file, rather than open the docs library.
A 1:  Launch your copy of Adobe Acrobat, click on Edit/Preferences/General. Under Web Browser Options, check the box named "Display PDF in Browser".
Q 2:  When I click on SDP JavaScript calculator, I am not able to access the calculator.
A 2:  This problem has been observed at one plant. The likely cause is that the plant's firewall is "too tight". Let me know if you have this problem.
